Regenerative immersion in the Colombian Amazon jungle
Leave the rush and every worry behind. Let the primary forest guide you into deep sleep. Wake to birdsong. Embrace the majestic serenity around you. Soon, you may feel that something in you has changed.
Meditative walks in a galaxy of trees, afternoons by the river, comfortable lodgings, monkeys and sloths appearing now and then, and genuine time with the people who call this place home. Each day is shaped around you.
The calling
Somewhere along the way, the world became uneasy, and screens never rest. A sense that something has gone wrong lingers. Here, deep in the Amazon's primary forest, this feeling fades.
Morning arrives with birdsong. Time is measured by the changing light, a boat drifting along the river, and the living rhythm of the forest and its inhabitants.
The experience
Phones recede and attention returns. The forest, river, and each conversation can be experienced fully, without a crowded itinerary.
Walk through the jungle, spot wildlife, learn about healing plants and trees, drift down the river by boat, meet indigenous communities, rest, or simply talk. Our plans stay flexible, so the most meaningful moments can unfold naturally. Every immersion begins with the person coming: solo, as a couple, or in a small private group. Your needs determine the rhythm.
Approach & clarity
In this time of immense change, the Amazon may have a special role to play. It offers space to set worries aside, an otherworldly peaceful environment, and restorative sleep: a grounded path toward regeneration, inner peace, and clarity of mind.
Birdsong, the slow rhythm of jungle and river life, and meditative walks beneath immense trees bring your attention back to the world in front of you.
Time away from habitual demands creates room to look at your life with fresh eyes, with conversation when it helps and solitude when you prefer it.
Meet indigenous communities and their elders. Listen to their stories and their view of life, and share in the warmth of everyday life here.

Duration & rhythms
A minimum of five days gives you time to leave city pace behind and settle into deep sleep. Seven days — our recommendation — lets the experience open naturally and gives reflection time to become meaningful.
Comfort & practicalities
Rest is central to the experience. Stay in high-quality, tastefully decorated lodgings, and enjoy exceptional local food and fruits. Leticia, the capital of the Amazonas region, is nearby, keeping the amenities of town within easy reach.
Comfortable, thoughtfully decorated rooms make deep sleep part of the journey, with the sounds of the forest just beyond your door.
River breezes and the shade of the forest accompany mornings on foot and afternoons moving gently across the water.
Fresh local fish and remarkable Amazonian fruits are prepared simply, generously, and with care.

Why the Colombian Amazon
The Colombian Amazon is one of the world's great expanses of preserved primary rainforest. Indigenous communities continue to care for their territories and traditions, welcoming visitors into a culture where days feel generous, laughter comes easily, and meaning is found in ordinary life.

The host
Born in France · 12 years in Colombia
I was born in France and spent the years that shaped me across Europe — Paris, Brussels, Berlin, and Moscow — and further afield in New York, San Francisco, and Mexico, before living eight years in Cali, Colombia. Trained in psychology and philosophy, I carried a reflective mind everywhere I went — until city life simply no longer suited me.
After five exploratory journeys into the Amazon, I chose to stay. I found a quality of peace and tranquility that modern cities rarely leave room for. The warmth of local and indigenous communities, pink river dolphins at dusk, long boat rides, and vast sunsets changed the way I wanted to live.
“Walking in the jungle feels like a session with the best therapist you can imagine. You sleep deeply, regenerate, and come back to your senses. It's less about words, more about feelings — letting peace and joy rewire your brain.”
I am your facilitator throughout the entire immersion, from the moment you arrive until your departure. I remain personally present, serving as your cultural and logistical bridge, taking care of each detail, and adapting the experience with you as we go — in English, French, or Spanish.
How it works
What are you looking for in this journey, and what would make it meaningful for you?
I design the places, pace, encounters, and practical details around you — never around a standard tour.
From arrival to departure, you are accompanied personally, with the freedom to adjust each day as needed.
Practicalities
Leticia, the capital of Colombia's Amazonas department, is a two-hour flight from Bogotá, with several flights a day. Our lodging and all activities are located in the vicinity of Leticia. This part of Colombia is one of the safest places to experience the Amazon, and so is Colombia as a whole.
I'll pick you up at the airport, and from there you're all set to begin your Amazonian journey. We'll head straight to your lodging, where you can settle in and rest.
Though Leticia remains a small Amazonian town, it has many of the amenities of a modern city: a hospital, a private clinic, and many medical and dental care providers, as well as pharmacies, banks, ATMs, supermarkets, and restaurants.
